I wasn't even looking for a new car. But Edmond Choi at Otto's BMW was so quick to give me everything I wanted that I had no reasons to refuse. I picked up the car within a few days and the experience was sublime. I have never been served this well by any salesman from any dealership of any car company, EVER. Thanks Ed!
