Only one star because that's the lowest I can go. Do not deal with this company if you have options. The management of properties and maintenance staff are horrible, rude, and will make up anything to get you out of the office or off the phone. The apt above me shower has been leaking for 2 months now. It caused a hole in my ceiling above my shower as well as the paint peeling off of the walls from moisture. I have mold on the ceiling and my walls now. They had a plumber come by that cut around the hole to find the leak. He said that the tub needed caulk (maint claims to have done this 3 times) and he was not going to fix it because if it's not a major repair that maint can not do harbor group will refuse payment and the company get screwed over. He left and told the office. Nothing has been fixed, they didn't even have enough common decency to cover the hole up until the ceiling was closed. It was a Friday and maint said they didn't have time because they don't start projects Friday afternoon. This was almost 4 weeks ago. This gigantic hole over my shower has been there for weeks. This is perfectly acceptable to them and I always get the excuse of there are more important repairs than mine right now. As if it was not bad enough that I had to take showers for over a month with unknown water dripping on my back they add insult to injury. This is in the reserve of deer run. The office managers and other staff are replaced every six months because they are all incompetent. All of the maint staff quit on the same day last month because they were tired of residents cussing them out and not being allowed to fix things properly. They are instructed to rig something up and the residents get pissed. All of my neighbors have similar stories. Just today my stove decided it won't turn on. It's not a tripped breaker. I've called maint several times and tried to go up to the office but there is a sign that said closed till Monday when they are supposed to be open 7 days a week. They are never open on the weekend anymore. They don't respond when you call the emergency line. Most of the time I go to the office on Monday and complain then get an excuse. It's usually the on call guy is in the hopsital or he broke his phone. I would avoid this company at all cost.

I forgot to add that a member of maint stole over 180 dollars out of my kids piggy bank a few days after Christmas. Absolute no one had been in my house but us. The manager said that he checked out my key with no reason or work order and did not note any repairs. She told me he was fired but would not tell me his name. The other maint staff said that he was just sent to a property down the road and they would not tell me his name. This lovely company would not reimburse the money or credit it to my rent. Even with threat of legal action they would not tell me who it was.
