This was my first lease, and after having a confusing and all together off-putting time at the first dealership I went to, I got a call from Brian Young at Burns Honda and decided to try there next. From the moment we got there, Mr. Young was courteous, compassionate, and showed that he was truly invested in my wants and needs in a car through the knowledge he imparted -- he wasn't just selling me a car or a feature package, he was making sure I got everything possible out of it and that I knew how to utilize it to its fullest potential solely for my benefit. I never felt pressured, even during negotiations (which is a feat in car sales), and by the end of it I felt confident in my decision, with a new car and a new friend for the next three years and beyond. I know Brian will be there if I need him and I look forward to us catching up when I bring the car in for an oil change or tune-up. Thanks Brian!
