I was hoping to get some simple repairs done. I was quoted hefty prices on a mini refurb and given a payment plan option through a finance company to pay the $3000 bill. I was also slugged a diagnistic charge after being told there was no callout or quote fee, congratulations you tricked me with your clever wording. I was happy to pay the fee and never see Omega again, no work done and out if pocket $200.
A local bloke did the work for 1/4 of their price. Same result.
