A nice hotel but next time would definitely choose something else.

Positives:
- Nice looking hotel from the outside
- Friendly staff; will help you with everything
- Complimentary pool with small fish cleansing your feet

Negatives:
- The furniture in the room very worn out a squeeking
- The master bedroom materace was very bad. It was quite old and hence soft and I was unable to lay on it with my aching back.
- The sofa bed for children is a joke!!! If you plan to accomodate children there and they are over 8 avoid it definitely!!!
- Some furniture (like the sofa you are supposed to sleep on/or your kids) was very dirty!
- The ceiling on the entrance to the room was all wet (for a long time for sure as it was moldy!!)
- The doors (especially to the bathroom) were so old that you could not open one wing of them unless you are a strong adult and exercise big power.
- AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, ALTHOUGH LOCATED ON SENTOSA, THE SHUTTELS ARE LESS THAN SATISFACTORY. You either take a bus drivig you accross the whole island before it arrives at the hotel or take a beach tram and than have to climb stairs through a forest part (which is nice at daytime but I don't know about after dark, the mosquitos will eat you alive before you arrive and if you have a stroller, it is no option).

We were deciding between Sofitel and Le Meridien and perhaps should take the second one as it is completely in the centre of all happening..
