The outward service - from the destination airport...

The outward service - from the destination airport to the hotel - was faultless. But they only text you 24 hours before the collection for the return journey.

In itself that's not a problem, 24 hours is plenty of notice. But for a 1:35 flight the pick up time was 9:40! This was ridiculously early for a flight back to the UK, where I'd normally expected to have arrived at around 12:15.

It was a 40 minute journey to the airport, which meant we arrived at 10:20 and then had to hang around for over 3 hours till the flight left. This is absurd for a `local' flight.

I rang them to try and get a later pick up but they said they needed 48 hours' notice for any alteration - despite having only told me the pick up time less than 24 hours beforehand!

I wouldn't use them again where you allow them to set the return pick up time.
