I wanted to call to ask a basic question, phone the number on this page and then listened to the music while waiting for someone for about a half hour before I gave up. For the number I called, was the Customer Service guy having a nap or something? smh

UPDATE: I ordered a package, went to check the tracking number and it said it was shipped back to the sender?! Who does this? I'm really confused. When I got a phone call I do not recall the person on the phone saying the item will be shipped back. :/
