Waste of money. First bus broke down. Waited over 30 mins for next bus and it was full. Had to wait for another and managed to squeeze on our group of 4 sitting separately. Once on, it did the same stops as we just had seen. Not sure how that could be since we were on same route. Got off to take different route and waited another 30 minutes. One of the drivers said they had 7 busses breakdown. Don't waste your money. Take transit or a different company. We lost most of our day with this mess. With the fact most tourist sites close by 4PM, we lost our day thanks to Big Bus. We will be sure to never use them in any other city they opperate
