This dealership is the absolute worst not only is it ghetto ,but the sales staff are rude and borderline disrespectful ! I went in a few weeks and spoke eight gentleman and told him what I was looking for in terms of a new car ,rather than discussing my available options he wants to run my credit. I sat and waited for him to run my credit while observing the over all unprofessional attitude and behavior of the staff ,I also sat and watched him help other customers while "waiting on my credit application ".Finally after waiting for over an hour I approach him and ask him what's taking so long he looks me dead in my face and calls me someone else's name ! I said no that's not me than he asked who I was !!!! I said excuse me you just had sitting over there for an hour and you don't even know who I am !!!!! Then he goes he was just tying to "work something out with bank "'.I was so angry at the lack of professionalism and for the huge waste of time I spent at this dealership! I walked right out didn't say just got in my car and drove off ,when He finally called me and hour later I told him there was absolutely nothing he could do to earn my business and that I was so disgusted I would purchase a vehicle from their competitor. I ended up going to Gwinnett Place Nissan and had the best buying experience I have ever had the staff are dedicated and made sure that I was happy with everything before leaving the lot !!! Don't go here go to Gwinnett Place Nissan !!
