Excellent service over the phone and in person. Someone is always there to assist you and answer questions. No pressure to make a purchase and got help picking out the right fit for me. Made my first bike purchase a smooth process. Accessory shop next door is great as well. The service there is also helpful and friendly. Only recommend investing in a better seating area for guests who come with a customer and a water cooler since people may be in the shop for a while.
