I had a hard time deciding between 2-3 stars. If the entire staff is similar to the first kid that helped me, then they need to step up their game.

The kid behind the parts counter, tall, skinny, close-cropped hair white kid. He was not eager to help. I didnt know the name of the part, he kept trying to have me explain what it looks like. All he had to do was walk 20 feet with me to the actual machine, see which part I needed and sell me the part.
The other young kid, dark hair, darker skinned walked over with me, helped me find the piece, but this was after I asked the original kid to come with me twice.
