Within the first few minutes of speaking to Rich, and letting him know what we were interested in, he suggested we take a test drive. Once in the car, he gave us a very detailed and thorough explanation of all of the features and technology included in the car... and that was before we even left the parking spot! Back in the showroom he took the time to review every package available for the car and the features and benefits of each. I've purchased/leased several cars in my life and have never met a salesperson as knowledgeable about the cars he is selling as Rich is.
Landing on a price was completely transparent and stress free. Even completing the paperwork was smooth and everything I signed was clearly explained.
We picked up the car that day and were treated to the same excellent experience during delivery. All of the functions and features were explained in detail before we left the lot.
