Purchased a mattress to be shipped out of state. The people at White Lotus were very helpful and courteous. They are very knowledgeable about the products. REVISED UP FROM 3 STARS. When you buy from White Lotus, please INSIST that they ship your items with anyone other than Pilot Freight. EXPLANATION: While White Lotus did a great job with the mattress, but we did have a HUGE problem was shipping as Pilot Freight just messed delivery up. The mattress did come, but days late. When I notified Pilot Freight, It took Pilot many weeks to even give me a response. That response finally came in September, and thus I revised this review to 5 stars, reflecting White Lotus, and not the shipper they chose to use. In my opinion, White Lotus would be wise to use a different shipping company. I hope White Lotus does share this feedback with the shipper they chose to use.Bottom line, White Lotus has good products and customer service, but you must insist they ship with someone other than Pilot Freight.
