The check was straightforward and went fast, after that it just went down. No message that the pool was out of service, extra charge for an extra bed in the room we were not informed of. We also wanted a room with a balcony, or a room you could smoke on. But none of these wishes were met. The worst was the service at the top floor bar, where one had to be 24 just to sit there, zero info in front. And it was also not allowed to bring drinks into the room, which I find very strange when everyone was old enough to buy drinks. The bartender was a little service minded and seems like he wanted us away from the bar as soon as possible. Example; My buddy asks what kind of beer selection they had. The answer was "look in the menu, it is right in front of you". Besides all these miserable experiences, at least the beds were good and the pillows were perfect. So a little plus in the book you will get.
