After the crappy attitude and professionalism with the service department regarding a factory warranty battery totally dead for no reason, of course I am not going to pay to tow my vehicle to them when after speaking to 4 different service reps, they won't tell me if they'll even partially cover the battery replacement.
I was also going to look at trading in my CRV for a larger SUV...
Sorry Jarrod .... your service department cost you a sale. No, I'm not just saying that... I really am trading in my CRV today and it will not be for a Honda because I do not want to have to deal with the service department.
