I have a 2017 Jaquar FPace. I called repeatedly last week to schedule a repair speaking with multiple people in service. Each time I was told I would receive a call back regarding the repair. I never got a call back. It took four calls for me to finally get the repair scheduled. For a high-end dealership this is unacceptable.
