Yes this facility like most VA Medical Center is overwhelmed with veterans. For my experience here so far I think a four star rating is more appropriate. Like most hospitals, there are isolated and unfortunate incidents that take place. The staff that served me are very caring and professional staff. The nurses went out of their way to make sure I understood why they asked me their questions and I understood my health concerns and what to expect.

The pharmacy tech personally came and explained why it will be a longer wait for my meds.

Also, the doctor saw me in a reasonable amount of time and came 3 times so far to make sure I m being taken care of. So if it s warranted, I will update my review but I think the staff here truly do their best to care for everyone.
