This past Sunday I had a cyst that needed removal and I currently live in Chapel hill but I had only dealt with the ER at Duke so I was left with either to drive 25mins in pain to Duke or 6mins to UNC. I read some reviews and became nervous about UNC but I took a leap of faith anyways, and wow it was worth it. Soon as I went into UNC ER I checked in and had a laugh with the receptionist about my issue. The security guard searching bags was polite. As I finished that process it was already a nurse waiting for me to take my vitals. Afterwards she took me to get checked into the ER where Wesley took my insurance info and billing address then I went into a room. In the room the nurse checked everything out answered my questions and walked me through the procedure step by step. They doped me up did the procedure and let me sit in there for "as long as I needed" and I went on my way. After everything they told me to return in 2 days for a checkup either come to them or a UNC urgent care (its cheaper). This was Definitely a 5 star visit.
