Sounds like they re doing good work for some. However, the guy with the flipped-up cap and ironic large glasses really needs some training. Barely managed a sup when I came in with my donation, mumbled something about a tax form and took the bike back to the workshop without any form of a thank you. Won t donate there again. Felt like I was doing him a favor. Found out later he was the same charmer that ignored all the problems my son had with a bike he had bought there had a what do you want me to do about it attitude. Fortunately another staff member (a woman not sure of name) recognized the problems needed attention and took care of it professionally.
