I recently purchased a townhome here in Denver and I was fortunate to have Anne Singleton as my realtor. She made the entire process of buying a home so much easier than I ever could have imagined. She was absolutely amazing to work with! She s very knowledgeable in her field and was extremely prompt in returning my all my phone calls and text messages. She doesn t waste any time..... she s efficient and gets the job done! Because of her, I was able to find the perfect home ( not far from Sloan s Lake) in my price range. Anne also negotiated a great deal for me by getting a few things thrown in from the builder (seller) to offset my costs. I would definitely recommend Anne to anyone looking to buy or sell!!!
