Terrible. Waited in E.R. for 7hrs with my husband....

Terrible. Waited in E.R. for 7hrs with my husband. Was told by my husbands doctor who practices at Albany med to go to the E.R. The E.R. docto1 r tried to brush off my husband and send him home when he was finally called in. Doctors got mad At my husband for getting upset when they tried to send him home after waiting all that time, then the doctor told other people that worked with him that he did not care what they did with my husband. They stuck him in A room for 2 days with no treatment. When asked for treatment told him what he wanted to hear. Never followed through After 2 days gave him A catscan. Told him he was fine and sent him home. It was ridiculous.we called A nurse in while I was with him and she never came in. WHAT A waste of time and money. They admitted they do not have A system and only help the people that are in dire need first. I will never do that again.
