My husband and I just completed the purchase of our home that was being sold by Elements Real Estate. As soon as we saw the home online, we fell in love with it. We were very impressed when we came to the open house. The house looked exactly like the picture - no photoshop. The home was fully remodeled. The work that was done was commercial grade. In speaking with the agent, Scott Niles, he explained to us how Elements works and how they do everything in-house. You can really tell that they put a lot of thought into their work. It was no where near a rush job, as we had seen at other flipped homes. The other thing that really made Elements stand out for others was that once we put an offer in, they responded. We were so used to getting out bidded or being ignore. Working with Scott from Elements was a great experience and I would recommend anyone looking for a no-nonsense purchase to strong consider purchasing from them.
