Beautiful hotel. .but... not impressed with the se...

Beautiful hotel. .but... not impressed with the service or friendliness of the bar staff when ordered food. We wonder was it the fact we weren't guests there or maybe because we weren't wearing lanyards or show I. D. Cards??
