I was introduced to Park West on board a cruise ship. I found some art that I purchased for another person. I soon found out they did not care for an embellished print. So I contacted the PW agents on board. No help. All sales are final on board, but they had a 40/40 guarantee. You don't like it in 40 days it can be returned. Okay, I decided to call customer assistance and cancel the order, since the art work I ordered was not readily available and would take approximately 8-12 weeks to receive. I called them two days after returning to port. While on the phone I waited.... And waited..... And waited some more. Twenty four minutes and still waiting. Had to go in the house, so I left a return message per the looped recording's message. It advised I would be contacted in one business day. Two days go by and nothing. On the third day I called back. Another 20 minutes on the phone and nothing. I left another message. And two days later I received a voicemail from a restricted number. I called back and again waited for 16 minutes, but finally spoke to a representative. I explained the situation and he said he understood and yes I was within the return period. He advised he would cancel the order. He went on to state I would be charged 15% of the cost as described in my purchase. Well I didn't see that anywhere. Must be super fine print because I looked at the small print and saw nothing concerning order cancellation charges.

Very upset with the experience post sale. The amount of time spent on the phone and the sudden advisement of charges because I cancelled. Not to mention the near impossibility if contacting the company. That is unless you want to buy something.

Will not purchase from this company based on this experience. Felt as if there was too much hidden from the customer.
