I am a lame, amateur treadmill runner so I was nervous about going to a "real running store" to buy new running shoes. However, I was in dire need and WRC was the closest thing to my work. It turns out I had NOTHING to worry about. The customer service here is top notch. I was greeted kindly and offered a bottle of water while I waited for the next available associate. The wait was very short and gave me time to look around at their great selection of clothes and gear. The salesperson took his time with me, let me run in each new shoe on their in-store track and treadmill, and when I asked questions he answered everything from the perspective of a real runner in a way that made me feel confident and comfortable. The shoe selection was great, and I walked out with shoes that feel and look amazing. I will be bringing my husband back in for shoes and telling all of my friends about this place!
