I went to Royal Honda to purchase my first new car...

I went to Royal Honda to purchase my first new car in 16.5 years and was surprised by how pleasant the experience was! I remember feeling over-pressured and uncomfortable the last time I bought and new car, but Scott, our salesguy, was super nice, helpful, listened to what I wanted in a car, was incredibly knowledgable about the products, and never made me feel the suffocating "sales pressure" I expected. None of that "what can I do to put you in a car TODAY" nonsense, Scott seemed truly interested in making sure I made the decision that was right for me, at a time when I was ready.

Our first visit to check out the cars and test drive was fun and interesting, and Scott followed up with me afterwards to see if I had questions but without hounding me. When we came back to purchase, I was made to feel comfortable and welcome, and the paperwork process, which could easily have become overwhelming, was well-explained and all of our questions were answered by Scott and by Dave, who assisted us with the financing options. Thank you for a great experience! I already love my new car and will absolutely recommend Royal Honda!
