Firstly i would like to say my big and special thanks to Sowmiya belongs to Covenant consultants. And i feel i should share my experience definitely here.
Sowmiya was very supportive and helpful for me throughout the interview process and till i joined she was helping me and giving informations as well at right time.
she is the only reason for me getting into the right job /right place to work actually.
I was working in one of the Big MNC around 9 years and due to personal reasons i am looking out for oppurtunities.
And i have attended interviews in few MNC's as well and waitingfor the results.
Suddenly a day, I got a call from Sowmiya regarding the job opening in a very big brand/reputed company. And i had a discussion with the profile/role and interview process.
She was explaning me all through and immediately she had made all the arrangements for the interview which i never expected in that company.
she guided me very well with her experience and given complete back ground about company and to all my queries as well.
Often she gives me a call and inform about the status and what is all required /selection etc.
Finally i got placed and now joined there and this job is very useful for my career/Future.

A Company will be very good if they have a very good employees and am sure that Sowmiya's contribution for Covenant is great and she has been kind and fantastic.
Her dedication towards her role is really appreicable and I have referred few of my colleagues and she guided for them as well..
She is very good in understanding your skills / needs and help you in suitable job. She follow up with right person on time and she was very co-operative.
