Ordered & paid for four bookcases in early Novembe...

Ordered & paid for four bookcases in early November and was told it would be 2-3 weeks for the two not in stock. Checked in two weeks ago and was told that they would be here next week. Tried to pick them up at end of the week we were told they would be there and they still don t have them!
