Stayed here many times. Just had an experience that defines the hotel. Nice hotel, great location, leadership failure. An anti-guest, pro-Hotel policy, unthinkingly enforced for CYA reasons by deer in the headlights staff = never again will I stay there. Way to lose about 50-75 nights a year Essex House management!
