Rude, Slow and a bit of a Con!

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend Tetris as a letting agency.
We had a number of issues in our 1 year tenancy. Throughout the tenancy Tetris were slow and unreliable. On multiple occasions they were rude, this was over the phone, on email and on visits to the property.

We had 2 weeks over this winter when the heating wasn't working- they responded extremely slowly to this and offered no compensation.

They caused great un-needed stress when they told us a fire wall was needed to be built in the middle of the property at 2 weeks notice. We were a group of doctors and so were working nights and sleeping in the day so this was extremely stressful and in the end didn't happen... We asked for regular updates but this simply wasn't done by Tetris.



Overall we have been extremely disappointed and would not recommend anyone to let with them as either landlords or tenants. In particular, Michael and Craig were most rude and unfortunately these were the agents we had the most contact with.

The handyman was a gent and always was extremely helpful when he was sent round.
