I was waiting for a package and it arrived while I was out of town. I recieved 2 voicemail messages to remind me to pick up my package before it was sent back. When I went in to pick up my package at purolator the lady at the counter was so friendly and helpful. I wish I had caught her name so I could use it in this review. Definitely enjoyed my experience with this company.
