Very disappointed with Uber s customer service. A number of drivers in a row cancelled on me at the airport. The price increased substantially for my pool and Uber promised a $5 credit if I was late being dropped off (I was dropped off 15 minutes outside their range from the original ride). Uber has robotic help service that ignored all my messages. I can t believe the way they treat customers!
