Krista May Allard is a wonderful person and an AMAZING Realtor! She is very professional yet very personable. She is extremely confident and competent in her field which unfortunately was not the case with another realtor we delt with before meeting her. She worked very hard for us and was creative with technology in showing us homes in Johnstown, Colorado even though we lived in Surprise, Arizona. She payed attention, helped explain, and walked us through every little detail of our home buying experience. She is willing to go the extra mile for her clients - the entire process all the way to closing. She really knows her market and is very knowledgeable about Denver, CO and the surrounding communities. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home or moving from another state to Colorado.
