OMG if Comcast has an equal in horrible service and overcharging it is here. After a couple of phone call attempts to set an appointment for a recall and a transmission service to no avail , i drove there and made one. They gave me a 7:00 am appointment that i called the day beforehand to confirm. When i got there at 7:00 nobody was there until about 7:10, then i find out the technicians don't even arrive until 8:00, yay me! 4 hours later they approached me and said i was due for a new cabin filter, i asked the price and she said $70.00 , WHAT?? I replaced it last time for $14 from Pep Boys, she said "that includes labor". It is two snaps, open then out, literally 30 seconds. She finally gets me ready to check out and my $92 service is being billed at $125 , an undisclosed $18 "shop fee" and a mysteriously high $15 tax has been added. Whatever, i pay and go outside to wait on my car. He pulls up and when i get in the steering wheel horn cover is halfway hanging off. I took my keys back inside told them, they took the car back as i stood mad as hell waiting in the parking lot. 15 minutes later they pulled my car out said " there was a spring that was out of place", not even an apology. If they couldn't even put the cover on, how well is the air bag they replaced under there. If i ever wreck that car i am a dead man. Comcast has met its match!

(1st review, purchase)
We bought a car a year ago from these unorganized oblivious morons. We purchased a warranty when we bought the car and every 2 or 3 weeks they try to sell us a warranty, we already bought! They have a recall on our car, they offer a free oil change but.... they want us to come in for the oil change and set up an arrangement for the recall, yeah i want to come there twice. When we 1st bought the car the finance person said to call him he could drop our payment. We made over a dozen calls and he NEVER called us back. I will never ever consider business with these idiots again.
