Ordered purple glass filters for my track lights f...

Ordered purple glass filters for my track lights for a Halloween party this weekend. I was sent CLEAR filters. I've been trying to reach somebody all day. I spoke with customer service, and was sent to the sales representative's voicemail - she never called me back. I sent an e-mail to customer service - still no response. I called customer service again and was transferred to the "customer service manager" who I also had to leave a voicemail with.

Pretty ridiculous that I can't get a single response. Either refund me my money, or send a replacement shipment. Not that difficult.
