After my family and I went through a horrible experience at a different hotel chain, I contacted this hotel to check for last minute availability. I spoke with Andrea and she was not only extremely helpful but professional and very understanding to our situation at the time. This hotel did not have any availability, but Andrea went beyond our expectations and found a Hilton in the area. We are extremely grateful for all of her help and efforts in finding us a hotel last minute. Andrea made it possible for my family to still enjoy our out-of-state vacation that we had planned for.
