I attended the Women's Trade Journey program and dropped out after a month. The program has an amazing instructor Albert, but financially I feel like the program doesn't care about single living people. They don't give enough money for a liveable wage and the school is full time. They only give m...
This is a good facility, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The wide range of affordable services is impressive. The gym, which, aside from the usual offerings, makes a point of providing opportunities for seniors, people with physical challenges, and gender-specific swim programs. The cafe is ...
I go for the weight room, so I can't say anything about the pool or fitness classes.
They have a lot of free weights and machines, plus two squat racks and maybe a dozen cardio machines. They also have a space set aside for TRX, which I find is a real challenge.
So many things you can do. Basketball, swimming pool, squash, racquetball, karate, day care. Great place to support. Only downside is parking costs money unless you get there after 6pm and you get 1 of the 20 free City of Saskatoon spots.
Offers a variety of programming for families and their children, provides shelter to homeless women and children, a recreational gym facility and close to all of downtowns amenities. It's a fabulous place that helps people in the most incredible ways.
Great fitness facility with all you need to maintain your health and have some fun. Staff are wonderful and always willing to help. Change rooms are clean and maintained. Prices are on par with most local fitness facilities.
The facilities arent as updated as other gyms around town - but they have the basic amenities that work for most. They have free wifi but it doesn't allow streaming so you can't watch a tv show / stream music.
Have been going to this gym now for 4 months and would highly recommend. The staff are friendly and the equipment provided is great. The facility has always been maintained cleanly in my eyes. Personally have never used the pool but it appears to be popular. 2 week trial with no credit card down was...
I pulled my son out of this daycarw bc he said a staff member had hit him. He even went so far as to point out who had hit n how she hit him in front of everyone at the ywca front desk with witnesses. Her response was "I didn't hit u sweetie it was prolly the other staff member" wow nice response. N...
Great gym, probably the best one I've been to in Saskatoon, there's lots of different options for free weight and benches as well as weight machines, there's lots of treadmills and stationary bikes available and you can even book them. The pool is okay, but the "hot tub" isn't really a true hot tub...
Fitness on 25th within the YWCA is a friendly little fitness club that offers great classes with experienced instructors and you have access to a swimming pool as well. Great experience. Great value.
