I pulled my son out of this daycarw bc he said a staff member had hit him. He even went so far as to point out who had hit n how she hit him in front of everyone at the ywca front desk with witnesses. Her response was "I didn't hit u sweetie it was prolly the other staff member" wow nice response. Now my son has issues with daycare authority figures and he does not want to go to pre k without me being present. Totally traumatized my son.
