This is a good facility, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The wide range of affordable services is impressive. The gym, which, aside from the usual offerings, makes a point of providing opportunities for seniors, people with physical challenges, and gender-specific swim programs. The cafe is small but is a wonderful place for people to congregate. If that s not enough, this YWCA offers a day care, an employment and learning centre, and special programs for young women and girls. I highly recommend it.
