The quality of their builds are top notch. Only disagreement I have with them is when it came to financing. Had to speak with someone from a completely different company to get that lined out (which they did in a simplistic manner).

I called to see if I could bring my computer in to get cleaned but was on hold for 30 mins just to be put to voicemail. Wasn't a big issue until I heard the voicemail tell me to call back during regular business hours which was on Monday between the hours of 9 am to 6 pm. Its 12:pm Monday the 9th.
