Rentals: Satisfactory.
Facility: An okay facility, but a bit run down.
Employees: The some of the employees are pretty rude and could be nicer.

It is great to have a ski resort in this area of WV! It's right off the interstate, so very easy to access. The slopes are fairly easy, so it's a good place for beginners to learn. It is lacking in the amount of more difficult slopes.
