Complete fraud. They ship one item out of the whole order, then mark the whole order shipped. Then it's impossible to reach customer service. Avoid and file a complaint with the California Attorney General's office if you've been a victim of fraud from wine.com.
Wine.com deserves zero star because they were negligent in shipping my order. On 5/2/20, I ordered a Mother's day gift which was promised to be delivered on 5/8/20. They did not ship the item until 5/7. If they had noticed the promised date, they would have shipped it overnight! No. they did not! so...
Don't buy wine from them. They have so many different wines but after buying a bottle you learn that they are out of stock and they told you this 1 week later. Worst customer experience ever.
I recently order a case of wine and one of the bottles was bad. When I emailed them about it they quickly gave me a refund. No questions asked. They have always been great to deal with.
