Ridiculously long waiting times. Even though I am the only one, I am still waiting on average for fifteen minutes. Great if you are already sick!

Gets a good explanation about medicines. Is still an old-fashioned cozy atmosphere. Only you have to wait very long sometimes.

Weird experience, I called to ask exactly how much a recipe would cost. She had no idea what I was talking about and I did not like her on the phone. So she prepares your recipes, she has no idea what I was talking about ...

Long waiting times. Medications are almost never ready the same day. You receive unsolicited comments on the use. You often get medication from changing manufacturers, so you have to look carefully every time to see if it is the right medication because they look different.

bit of a shame that if I just come to get my medication I get comments from the employees

It takes an incredibly long time, even though I am the only one I am only helped after fifteen minutes. And the pill pack also takes way too long.
