Wine.com deserves zero star because they were negligent in shipping my order. On 5/2/20, I ordered a Mother's day gift which was promised to be delivered on 5/8/20. They did not ship the item until 5/7. If they had noticed the promised date, they would have shipped it overnight! No. they did not! so, just used standard ground with FedEx. Tracking FedEx shows delivery 5/11, one day after Mother's Day! How disappointed! I talked to customer service (Kathleen and Netta) and others, all gave lip services, they did not do a single thing. No good! From now on, I will never deal with the careless Wine.com any more! Totalwine.com is the way to go! Same day direct delivery with Totalwine! This is new! They've teamed up with DoorDash to really serve their customers. FedEx, the carrier for Wine.com, is also a joke when it comes to asking them to locate your package.
