Wildeck is a great company with many great products. I have worked closely with many team members at Wildeck and have always found them to be very knowledgable and willing to help. When I worked with AK Material Handling Systems many of our customers were very satisfied when we installed a Wildeck Mezzanine or Work Platform in their facility.
Slow. When you re checking in they are polite and saying will help you to protect the tarps from the load.Since you got loaded they are pushing you to go out and tarp it( no problem if the load wasn t 6 high with a lot sharp edges) I end up with ripped tarps.I am writing this review mostly because of red head lady who was very rude and acting like crazy!

Horrible... We purchased a Wildeck Mezzanine and wanted an extra set of Blueprints. The director of sales "Paul" wanted $5000 to push a button and email us an extra set. . We only wanted 1 piece of paper showing the Truss layout. I can't imagine trying to work with this company again !
I work for Patriot Transit and the people here are very very nice and welcoming never been to a company so nice and friendly hope I come back.
Flatbed drivers stay away from this place, you will wait 5 h an than they will cancel your load
Flatbed drivers don't pickup here this place takes for ever to load. Never again

Avoid pick ups here for flat beds, or charge them to cover your time waisted
Attention flatbed drivers don t let them fool you,they say no tarps needed but once ur loaded they won t give u ur paper work until load is tarped,almost 3 hours waiting to get loaded,not coming back here never again
