When you re checking in they are polite and saying will help you to protect the tarps from the load.Since you got loaded they are pushing you to go out and tarp it( no problem if the load wasn t 6 high with a lot sharp edges) I end up with ripped tarps.I am writing this review mostly because of red head lady who was very rude and acting like crazy!
