Best place to swimming in Auckland. Largest place to enjoy swim.

Pool is large and deep, good for families. Never any Life guards on the dive pool though which is a shame

Had a blast swimming with our 1y/o. Facilities are awesome and the pools are so much fun

Great wave pool but usually pretty busy in holidays get there early.

Decent place for swimming met a super nice employee named Ben would recommend.

This place has gone down the hill in last year or so.
Staff is still extremely helpful but the decision being made on top level are no longer being made with locals in mind.
Ongoing mentanace and repair work specially during weekends us annoying.

I love this place. There is a small park nearby with pukekos, ducks and gooses
Big locking cases, comfortable changing rooms and different options for swimming, 2 saunas.
Every time I come it's busy and crowded in sauna and jacuzzi.

Great facility but quite often they close some of the amenities which is annoying.

Sent to another pool due to a code brown. This place is rough ay.

Westwave is ok. Great how kids are for free but cleanliness of changing rooms and toilets needs improving on. I'm aware of how much foot traffic runs through the place but it's always nice to have a nice clean facility

I go there every day. Casual entry is $8 and you have access to all the pools, sauna, steam room, spas, hydrotherapy pool, gyms, lazy river, hydro slide, fake waves, etc. Or you can buy 10 entries (get one free), or become a member with unlimited weekly access with different access options starting at about $12 per week.
The showers are a bit hot, there are no locks on the doors, and the toilets and showers are not very clean, with hair blocking the drains. The sauna and/or steam room is often out of order, which can be frustrating, as it's part of my regime.

Some good facilities but needs a bit of updating, some stuff not open even on holiday weekend.

Usually good...but was disappointed yesterday. Water felt slimy and closed at 5pm.

Friendly staff, it been today all good, bulby and hot enough, day before it been tooo bad, cold less bulbs.

Not very crowded and lifeguards were on point. Doors were open on a cold day and there was a wind/draft on the toddler pool. That's the reason for 4 otherwise I would give 5

Cheap as chips, and most staff are friendly and helpful. Sometimes they do strange things like say it's at capacity when it's clear from looking through the window it's not, and the sign says as people leave you will be admitted but this is not the case.

Need a bit more control of people who are in the waterwalking lanes but are not waterwalking it distrubes those are there for that reason

I really want to enrol, but it has been impossible to speak to a human. Sometimes email isn t good enough, and you need actual human communication. We ve been let in there and there s no one in the office. I ve called so many times over the last week or two but no one ever answers.

Pool was at capacity so we would have had to wait in line for an hour. So disappointing for our kids who were so looking forward to it.

Great pool and slide nice and cheap for families but the pool is always kver crowed and quite often closed due to maintaince or a poo I the pool

Great place to take the kids to for their swimming lessons. Pleasant staff and cafe as well. Very busy most times.

Great place to spend your day with the kids when there is bad weather

I enjoyed the spa,Wet &Dry sauna.x3Main pools, diving boards.Lifeguards @ each pool.I was most n pressed when a lifeguard checked every 5 to 8 minutes on the people n the sauna.there's a gym,personal trainers, clean & hygienic all round

Really fun for kids. We missed the waves this time, but will surely go again for the waves.

Not good as expected. Many pools are closed but still a good place to bring kids with. Friendly reception.

It's good for all your kids and they have lots of activities to do if your not a swimmer like me !

If your planning on taking toddlers here it s more of a big kids pools rather then toddler how ever they do have a kiddie pool as well

Twice went to swim and both main pools not available for swimming. What a waste of time and money.

Love it here when everything is working.
Often beyond their control bit nevertheless frustrating to have so many closures so often.
If it's all going, it's a great day out with the wave pool and slides.
For hubby, a great place for pre op and post op workout, again, if open - hydro pool, water walking and spa.
Overall a good facility

Its quite nice and clean, swimming and gym everything is good

Have to wait for 15min.. which feels like 30minzzzzzz.

If you are join with the full membership, you can use gym group fitness spa sauna wavepool swimming pool altogether

Today we are so disappointed, no waterslide, family pool and wave pool all closed!

There is a sauna and a heated swimming pool for adults.

Nice pools, nice gym. Primarily use the Gym here - the equipment is decent and staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.

Don't rely on swimming lanes or aqua classes to be going ahead. Regularly cancelled due to events.

Great place for kids D's, too hot for spectators during the summer

Great for family fun, personal fitness and sports. They have a lap pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, kiddies pool, full sized gym with awesome trainers and gym buddies.

Not at the same standard as MISH or NAC but an alright pool

Nice if you get in early..needs to be cleaned more often throughout the day. Can be quite packed as well. Swimming lessons there look good though.

The pool is always over booked. Some of the male shower rooms need to be fixed. Show is not working properly for long time.

Friendly staff, good facilities, clean, family accessibility, open late, recommend as both an adult unwind in spa or fitness in the gym & walking lanes or fun with family in the wave pool
