Universal Systems helps fulfill Llenovo warranty claims and they did not disappoint! I had lots of trouble with the Llenovo client support online but USI made it ultra fast, clear and easy. They had my parts within a few days and my laptop was fixed within a few hours. Highly recommend.

They have good product lines, but aren't the friendliest bunch I have ran into. I know that with techies, they tend to be dry and suh, but I would have liked at least a little effort form them. All in all it's a good stop, as long as you are looking for peformance with no ustomer service.
