When they solve my claim with my car was transported from SJU to JAX port I can say something new.Not fair at all at the time to pickup my car ,some employee irresponsibly at JAX airport broke my transmission because he dont know how to drive a shift car .

I m in the maritime business and I sorta foolishly reached out to them through email to ask a question. It was a Monday morning around 8 am when I sent a long email leading up to one question. I don t exactly know who the person was that replied by 10am with a straight to the point, just the facts answer, but I can tell this from experience in dealing with offshore companies I ve worked for and needed a email response in less than 20 minutes and it took my own company 4 hours about a semi serious issue. TOTE Maritime doesn t know me from Adam and I wrote them a short letter and a question and a real person actually did something about it on a Monday morning! It may sound sentimental or stupid what I m saying, if it does that just means you haven t spent 3 months offshore on a vessel working a minimum of 84 hours a week for years on end. And for the few that are salty... getting a response from operations when your just some guy as far as they know, is a rare thing. I can only imagine what a dynamite company y all are if that s how everyone operates! And if you need a guy that s a prior saturation diver in the Gulf and now a paramedic with 15 years of offshore real deal experience. You know my name and look for me on Linked In. My prior employer was Cal Dive International. They went out of business!
