For a security company, they have no sense of urgency.

Their service and products are not user friendly and they back it up with no customer support. Waste of money.

The absolute worst security company. They provide second hand/refurbished out dated equipment, which breaks constantly. Then, they invoice you hundreds of dollars to have someone fix their faulty equipment. They charge at minimum $800 for install.... other security companies do not charge for install. The other reviews are correct, they have no sense of urgency to be a security company. Everything always takes 2 weeks to rectify or you can pay more for rush service and receive the assistance needed in 3 to 5 days. At one point our business was offline, they still took our money, but failed to advise until we realized the DVR was not working. And of course they have the nerve to try to charge us to fix their issue. If you are a small to medium business owner please do your research before going with UAS they are not reliable, they do not install the highest level equipment into your facility and they are NOT the least expensive place. Unfortunately, I am currently a customer because I bought into a franchise that was using them at the time. Now they use another company, go figure! Last, Customer Service is nonexistent! You can only speak to someone that relays messages, which always causes distorted information to be relayed.

The worst and most dishonest security company in the world. They love to double bill. Sell used equipment for new. Don't worry, do business with them and you will find out. But beware you have been warned.

Stay away from this company. I was their business customer for many years. Unfortunately, I had to have my fire alarm brought to code and connected to the shopping center alarm which meant I could no longer use their monitoring service. After all the years of being a loyal customer they held me to an automatic renewal clause in a contract for a service I could no longer use because I must comply with the township fire code. No one at UAS helped. Instead I received threats of litigation and collections. Obviously this company does not care about good business relationships and customers. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone.
